Sveti Nikole and Bitola
Sveti Nikole is half an hour away from the capital (by car), and is a good choice for those who prefer a quiet student life, while Bitola is for the students who prefer a
busier lifestyle. Bitola is famous as the City of consuls and is the second largest city in North Macedonia. It is located near the border with Greece and it has a European spirit. It was a seat of consults in the 19th century who influenced the locals, so they started living in European fashion.
It is close to the Pelister National Park and is half an hour away from the Prespa Lake (our university owns a hotel at the Prespa lake). Bitola has been a major city in this region for most of its history, evidenced by ancient Macedonian and Roman ruins, a significant bazaar and other Ottoman monuments, multiple military cemeteries, a dozen consulates, and important churches. The city is known for having perhaps the most neoclassical architecture in North Macedonia, giving it a more European feel than elsewhere in the country.
Sveti Nikole is located in the Ovche Pole Valley. Sveti Nikole takes a central position and it has a favorable position — It is half an hour away (or less) fromlarger cities like Skopje, Veles, Shtip, Kumanovo and Probishtip. Our university has its own on-campus cinema and offers other fun activities for students.
